About this compound

Pal-GHK is a palmitoyl-modified version of the GHK tripeptide, with a palmitic-acid chain attached at the N-terminus. The lipidic modification dramatically improves dermal penetration and bioavailability of the GHK motif in topical research.

It retains the regenerative and collagen-stimulating signal of native GHK without the copper complex, making it a common reference compound in topical-application protocols.

Research applications
  • Topical / transdermal skin-regeneration research
  • Collagen and elastin synthesis studies
  • Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory pathway investigation
  • Wound healing and barrier-function models

The Protocol

How to run this compound.

01
Reconstitute

Add bacteriostatic water to the sealed vial. Swirl — do not shake. Refrigerate after reconstitution.

02
Dose

Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water. Subcutaneous administration on protocol cadence.

03
Cadence

Run on the protocol schedule. The system rewards consistency over intensity.
