About this compound

GHRP-2 (Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide-2) is a synthetic ghrelin mimetic that activates the growth-hormone secretagogue receptor. It elevates GH secretion via direct pituitary action and through hypothalamic mechanisms, synergistic with GHRH co-administration.

Compared with selective agonists like Ipamorelin, GHRP-2 produces a stronger GH spike per dose alongside a moderate increase in appetite (~37% in early studies).

Research applications
  • Ghrelin-receptor / GHS-R agonism research
  • GH and IGF-1 axis studies
  • Appetite, cachexia, and anorexia models
  • Cardio- and organoprotective effect investigation
Storage

Lyophilized vial stable at 2–8 °C; -20 °C for long-term storage. Reconstitute with sterile bacteriostatic water; use reconstituted solution within one week at 2–8 °C.

For research and laboratory use only. Not for human or veterinary consumption.

The Protocol

How to run this compound.

01
Reconstitute

Add bacteriostatic water to the sealed vial. Swirl — do not shake. Refrigerate after reconstitution.

02
Dose

Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water. Subcutaneous administration on protocol cadence.

03
Cadence

Run on the protocol schedule. The system rewards consistency over intensity.

04
Stack
