CJC-1295 with DAC is a GHRH analogue with a Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) that binds serum albumin. Albumin binding shields the peptide from rapid degradation, extending its plasma half-life from minutes (no-DAC) to 6–8 days.
This sustained presence produces a prolonged elevation of endogenous GH and downstream IGF-1, allowing twice-weekly rather than daily administration in research protocols.
- Extended-half-life GHRH receptor research
- Sustained IGF-1 elevation studies
- Body composition, sleep, and bone-density investigation
- Cross-stacking with selective ghrelin agonists (e.g. Ipamorelin)
Lyophilized vial stable at 2–8 °C; -20 °C for long-term storage. Reconstitute with sterile bacteriostatic water; reconstituted solution stable for up to 30 days at 2–8 °C.
For research and laboratory use only. Not for human or veterinary consumption.
How to run this compound.
Add bacteriostatic water to the sealed vial. Swirl — do not shake. Refrigerate after reconstitution.
Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water. Subcutaneous administration on protocol cadence.
Run on the protocol schedule. The system rewards consistency over intensity.
